Different brands produce different amounts of glass and everyone's wedding glass breaks differently.  If your wedding glass broke in to large pieces, some may need to be broken down further to add.  All of your broken wedding glass will not fit in any mezuzah case (if a case were big enough, it would be too heavy to hang). You could consider using the extra glass for something else as well.
